About us...

Our legal practice was first opened in Phillip in 1984 by Ray Swift. Over the years, Ray built a reputation as an honest man who looked after his clients well. As this practice grew, Ray sought out several more like-minded lawyers to join the firm. In 1998, Mona Moutrage joined the firm and in 2001, Ray Swift retired, and Mona became Principal of the firm.

Our philosophy at Ray Swift Moutrage & Associates is a simple one. We strive to provide our clients with expert legal advice and deliver our services with compassion, understanding, professionalism and excellence.

At Ray Swift Moutrage & Associates we understand first-hand the challenges that our clients face and we assist our clients to meet those challenges head on. We are a client-focused firm that strives to deliver legal services to our clients in a simple, competent and cost effective manner. Our aim is to ensure that essential legal services are available to the community at an affordable price.

We are located in Colbee Court, Phillip, our office is easily accessible with free street parking.  

We also offer home and hospital appointments at no extra charge for those people who are unable to attend our office due to illness.

Since 1984, Ray Swift Moutrage has grown from a one-solicitor practice to a firm of several solicitors plus administrative staff.
